I reserve the right to refuse service without explaining myself. Reasons why I may decline an Order: I am only available for mutuals, feel like I don't have the ability to complete the order to my standards, I am not interested enough in the order, or the potential client seems difficult to work with.

Know that you are purchasing a digital file of my work. I do not provide printing services.

Any information I collect from you remains private. I will never sell or share your personal info. Please do the same for me.

I, the Artist, retain copyright and ownership of the produced artwork. I may stream the process on Twitch, share the finished piece on my social media and websites, and add it to my portfolio, but I won't claim to own the characters or ideas that you've provided. If you do not want me sharing your Commission, please remember to opt-out in the Order Form.

You, as my Client, will be granted exclusive rights for Personal Use of the artwork. Personal Use includes: use in personal website display, social media posts and pfps, and physical prints that are not for sale or distribution to any other party.

DUE TO THE RISE OF AI Please only share the artwork I give you at a low resolution WITH my watermark if you wish to post online. If it's for a wallpaper or to show your friends, etc. then by all means enjoy the high resolution artwork I provide.

You may not at any time ALTER, SELL, or PROFIT off of artwork made available to you without discussing it with me, the artist, and obtaining permission first. If you are planning on using my art for merch, use as an Affiliate Twitch Streamer, use for a Monetized Video, or any other mode of profit, you must purchase a Commercial License. I don't currently offer the option to transfer copyright.

Do not place an order if you do not have the cash. I do not want to know your financial situation, nor do I particularly care. It doesn't matter as I don't work first come, first serve.

Commissions under $100 must be paid upfront, in full. Commissions over $100 require at least 50% down payment, the rest paid before I send the finished artwork.

Prices and invoices are in USD through PayPal. My prices already include PayPal fees in them. (Any tips to help offset them are appreciated though!) Invoices have a default 10 day deadline, but know that I will only begin work once payment has been received.

Most Orders are taken via Google Forms. Further details will be discussed through DM or Email. If there's something you'd like that isn't available, feel free to DM me about it!

Orders must have at least one clear reference image. More information in the Google Form.

Revision Policy: I will do my best to communicate with you at every major drawing stage. Major revisions may be subject to a revision fee. Avoid this by having a clear and concise reference sheet and don't put in an order until you have a good idea of what you want

Timeline: Please note that I only work on commissions in my free time. I will do my best to complete your Order within 2 months of receiving payment, but I cannot guarantee it as I do have a day job. Thank you for your patience! I appreciate everyone who reaches out to me despite this.

Once the Commission is finished: I will send you the full resolution image either by email or Google Drive link.

I do not offer refunds for Orders under $100.

For large Orders, if you have a compelling reason to cancel an Order, I will refund according to the amount of work I have already put into your Commission, and send you what I have. You may not go to another artist to finish what I have started :/

Do not request a PayPal charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you directly.

I will be very sad if you cancel an order that has already been accepted :( I usually take orders that I have an interest in drawing!
