Multiple order discount	As a thanks for being a repeat customer, some orders can be discounted as much as 5% off. Also available for orders with multiple characters.
Commercial License	1.5x base price
Backgrounds	Simple ones are free. If you have a specific idea in mind, we can talk about it.
Deadline	If you need something within 2 weeks from order date, there may be an extra rush fee.
Extra Revisions	Not sure what exactly you want? I can work with that as long as you are aware that more revisions => more work => additional revision fees

PNG-Tuber Model	Simple open/close animation. Starts at $75 bust up

Comic Pages	Starts at $100 per page, uncolored Must have script and references ready. Price includes layout, typesetting, art, and print formatting if needed.

1-General Terms
I reserve the right to refuse service.
You must provide your own reference images or pay separately for my custom design services.
Any information I collect from you remains private. I will never sell or share your personal info. Please do the same for me.
If you do not want me sharing your Commission in any way shape or form, please remember to opt-out in the Order Form. I like to post finished Comms :)
I am always open to unique ideas! If you have an idea for a Commission that isn't listed, just shoot me an email or DM.

2-Copyright and Usage
lMy rightsl I, the Artist, retain copyright and ownership of the produced artwork. I do not claim copyright of the ideas or content that I draw if they are not mine.
I may choose to display your Commission in my portfolio, in future Commission Examples, and also on my social media. I will always credit you, my Client, unless you wish not to be.
lYour rightsl You, as my Client, will be granted exclusive rights for Personal Use of the artwork. Personal Use includes: use in personal website display, social media posts and pfps, and physical prints that are not for sale or distribution to any other party.
lRegarding AIl I don't use it. I will give you a version of your Commission for posting online that has been compressed so that AI can't eat my juicy details. >:(
lUsagel Please discuss with me first if you intend to alter, sell, or redistribute my artwork beyond Personal Use. Please inquire if you are interested in purchasing a Commercial Use License.
I don't currently offer the option to transfer copyright.

3-Ordering, Payment, and Timeframe
lPayment is upfrontl Don't order if you can't! It's okay! Subscribe to my VGen to be notified when more slots open.
lPayment Over Time Optionsl I only offer payment over time to orders over $100. At least 50% must be paid upfront. Final artwork files will not be sent until I have received full payment. There is no deadline. I simply will not work on your order beyond what has been paid.
I appreciate all tips that help me cover platform fees. TYSM!!
lOrdering Processl Please fill out a request using my Google Forms. I will contact you for further discussion from there. Add as much information as you can into your form so I can get the best picture of what you want.
lRevisions Policyl 3 free revisions per order. Additional revision requests (if they are not a mistake from my end) can be asked for a small fee.
lTimelinel From the time of payment, I will do my best to send updates at least once every 2 weeks. If you have a deadline, there may be a rush fee.
lDelivery of Filesl By default, I will send you two copies of your Commission, one for sharing and one for you. You may request additional specs at no extra cost. Files are sent by Google Drive link.

4-Refunds & Cancellation policy
lFor orders UNDER $100lI do not offer refunds for Orders under $100.
lFor orders OVER $100l If you have a compelling reason to cancel an Order, I will refund according to the amount of work I have already put into your Commission, and send you what I have.
Roughed Out Sketch- 60% \| Lines- 40% \| Flat Color-20% \| Further- no refund
Do not request a PayPal charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you directly.
lHow to get onto my blacklist :)l If you request a charge-back, ghost me, go to another artist to finish an unfinished Commission, or alter my work in a negative way, I will not work with you again.
